Costume Judges: Jeff Jerome, Emeritus Curator of the Baltimore Poe House and Museum; Bob Mikrut, Proprietor of Dressed for the Part; Herb Moskovitz, Retired Costumer and Set Designer. The Judges will be active through the evening.
